21st Ward Jr. League In-House Recreational League Manager Application Form - 2020 Season

Welcome to the 2020 Baseball & Softball Season! If you are interested in managing a recreational baseball or softball, please fill out the form below in it's entirety. Completion of this form does not guarantee you will be selected to manage a team. Our Executive Board will review all applications and select managers based on need and number of teams at each level. If selected, you will be required to submit your clearances to the league as well as complete a required Cal Ripken Coaching Certification online course (training is valid for life) if you have not done so already.
