Boxing Club 2023

Students will learn the basic skills, techniques and fundamentals of boxing in a non-contact format. Students will NOT spar or otherwise box one another in this club.

Gloves and hand wraps provided.

Boxing Club will be held Tuesday from 3:00 to 4:00 PM in the auditorium. Pick up must be at 4:00 PM promptly.

Students must be dressed and ready for boxing promptly at 3:15

Attendance: students will be removed from the roster after two absences

Positive attitude and cooperation: participate fully, follow directions at all times

Absolutely no horseplay or dangerous actions

Students will help set up prior to club and clean up afterwards

Clean indoor shoes (running, wrestling or boxing shoes) required

Intermediate: prior boxing instruction with Mr. Mokelke or a certified gym/instructor
