The Service to the Industry Award is given annually to a REALTOR® member of CID who has served the Board, our members and the community, and has enhanced the commercial REALTOR® image.

Please address all of the following criteria in making your nomination:

ACTIVITY IN CID - Committee work, special assignments, offices held, and special projects and contributions.

ACTIVITY IN NOMAR - Committees, special assignments, and office held in NOMAR, and chapter of Institutes, Councils and special accomplishments for NOMAR, etc.

REALTOR® SPIRIT - Faithfulness to principles of organized real estate, laws and regulations of his/her Board and the Code of Ethics of the NAR, efforts to encourage good real estate practice among other real estate brokers, and to further the REALTOR® image in the eyes of the general public.

ACTIVITY IN STATE ASSOCIATION AND CIVIC AFFAIRS - Local, state and national participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political action activity in legislative affairs, fraternal or religious groups.

ACTIVITY IN NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® -  Seminar and education activity, political action activities, committee participation.

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES & DESIGNATIONS - Seminar activity and educational work, teaching and/or attending courses - local, state or national - as well as all earned credits and designations.

BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Public recognition of business conduct, service to clients, imaginative and creative advertising programs, rehabilitation work, land utilization, leadership in the business community, etc.

The award will be presented at the CID Awards Luncheon.
