This form must be filled out for ALL absences from any marching band event. This includes practices, performances, football games, sectionals, leadership team meetings, etc.

Things that WILL NOT be accepted for absences:
- Emails to directors
- Calls to the band office
- Texts/messages to section leaders
- In-person mentions of absences
- Paper forms

Unexcused absences will result in disciplinary action.
