Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 PM starting April 6th - May 25th. Start date dependent on weather/field conditions.

Stoner Prairie Park 5830 Devoro Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53711
Please park and drop off in the school parking lot instead of parking on nearby residential streets.

Middle school programming is open to players who are in 5th-8th grade in the 2021-22 school year.

League cost will be $25. Players in need of financial assistance with this league cost should select the relevant option on the questions around financial assistance on this form.
Up to date COVID-19 Vaccines are strongly encouraged.

Plans for the league include:
- Warm-ups to aid in injury prevention
- Individual skills/drills instruction on frisbee concepts
- Scrimmages

We will offer elementary programming at a later date, and high school students have school-based opportunities during this season. If you're not sure if your school has a team or if you can play at another school reach out to mufa.youth@gmail.com
