Registration of Academies, Schools of Excellence and Development Centres under the auspices of the South African Football Association (SAFA)

Dear Clubs, Members and Stakeholders

You are cordially invited by the technical section of the South African Football Association (SAFA) to register your football academies, schools of excellence and development centres. The objective of the registration is to update the association database in accordance with the updated compliance protocols adopted at the 51st SAFA Congress in March 2023. This registration process will take place in the following three phases:

Phase 1: Registration of academies, schools of excellence and development centres

Phase 2: On-site visit by the SAFA official designate

Phase 3: Categorisation and certification
