We are a small staff so all return requests are handled by a person. Return requests are reviewed and processed Monday - Friday. You will receive your return label sent to the email address on the original order. Items received as a return are processed only on Tuesdays and Thursdays with refunds/exchange orders being handled on Wednesdays & Fridays. We appreciate your patience.
