Please complete the form below to register for the Training Leaders of Cadets (TLC) Basic course.

The course will start at 0900 and end around 1630. There is no cost for the course. Breakfast munchies, coffee and water will be provided. Please keep a copy of your CAP medical forms available in case of emergency.  UOD will be Blues, Aviator or Polo. No ABUs, BDUs or Flight Suits.

The prerequisite for the course is completion of Level 1 and your unit commander's approval.  You will be also be required to complete the "Training Leaders of Cadets - Basic" course in eServices, Online Learning, Learning Management System.
