Thank you for your interest in the 7th Gathering for Healthy Relations Hybrid Conference 2022 hosted by SWIWC and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. In order to secure your registration, please complete and submit the form below. All data will remain with SWIWC. You will receive confirmation of your registration within 72 hours of submission.

REGISTRATION FEES (for in person or virtual attendance):

Early Bird Registration: $75 until April 30, 2022
On-site Registration: $100 from May 1, 2022 through the end of the conference, May 5, 2022

WHOVA Platform:
Whova will be used for this hybrid conference.  In person and remote attendees can access the same features from mobile or desktop, two audiences, one platform.  Separate instructions and log in will be sent regarding Whova. A separate email will be sent regarding access to WHOVA, please use the same email address when accessing WHOVA.  

LODGING INFORMATION:
If you are attending in person, the conference site is the Casino Del Sol Resort in Tucson, Arizona. A limited amount of rooms are reserved for the conference at both the Casino Del Sol Resort and at Estrella Hotel (both are on the same premises).

A discounted rate of $109 plus tax has been negotiated for registered conference attendees at the Casino Del Sol.

A government rate of $96 plus tax per night has been negotiated for registered conference attendees at the Estrella Hotel.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalties.

Cutoff Date: Group rate will be available until Saturday, April 16, 2022.
