Festival Sponsor Package

Sponsor(s) provide funding and promote the festival.

Sponsor(s) may also provide a volunteer team, venues, content, and/or media services and host festival events, or an exhibit at the festival (see sponsorship grid).

Sponsor logos will be placed on the 
El Paso Science Festival website.
Festival Exhibitor Package

Provide an interactive exhibit at the El Paso Convention Center.

Fee includes a 10’ x 10’ booth.

Exhibitors are encouraged to promote the festival and provide volunteers and in-kind contributions.

Exhibitor booths are priced at $1000 per booth.

Festival Partnership Package

Available for non-profit organizations.
Partners are encouraged to promote the festival, provide volunteers venues, content, and/or media services and host festival events.
Partner logos will be placed on the El Paso Science Festival website.
Partner’s related events will be promoted on the El Paso Science Festival website.

Cost is free.
