Winter Tires Request Form
If you would like to have a car with Winter Tires, please submit the Winter Tires Request Form below with your reservation number, after accepting the below conditions.

Deadline of applying for Winter Tires is 10 days before the car pick up date.
A request passing the deadline might not be processed.

ToCoo will reply to you with the result within approximately 4 to 5 business days, due to taking time to clear all the conditions. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
For Winter Tires request Successfully, you should need to pay the Winter Tires  fee on the pick up car day.

Please agree to the conditions as below.

1. Adding Winter Tires option is NOT guaranteed when you apply.
2. Apply with your ToCoo reservation number.
3. Request Successful --> ToCoo sends Successful Email when your Winter Tires option request is successfully approved.
4. Request Unsuccessful --> ToCoo sends Unsuccessful Email when your Winter Tires option request is not approved.
5. In case the request is Unsuccessful, a car with NORMAL tires is offered upon arrival.
6. Please note that once the snow tires option is confirmed, you can NOT cancel the Winter Tires option upon arrival even in case the weather is OK or you do not need it. You must pay the confirmed  Winter Tires   option fee upon arrival.
7. If you do not accept the result, please be sure to cancel the reservation by yourself.  
8. In case of cancellation, ToCoo Cancel Policy is applied.
(Cancellation of a reservation under Early Bird Pay Now Plan incurs Cancellation charge from 24 hours after the booking was made.)
