Zine Librarians unConference 2024 will be Saturday and Sunday, August 3 and 4, at New York University's Bobst Library, 70 Washington Square South. There will be optional, extracurricular programming on Friday and Saturday evenings, and on Sunday afternoon.

Bobst Library has a gender-neutral restroom on Lower Level 2. The Sensory Space in the library will be available for ZLuC 2024 attendees, and there will also be a quiet room for attendees to use.

To support inclusivity, and keep attendees healthy in an ongoing airborne pandemic, we strongly encourage face masks while indoors at this year's ZLuC. Free KN95 masks will be provided.

(Contact us to pay a different way, e.g. Cashapp, Venmo, personal check). Fees will fund BIPOC travel grants, Spanish and ASL interpretation, catering, and other ZLuC resources as needed. Your registration will be added after you pay.

People whose travel is not funded: $20 minimum

People with $1,000 or less in travel funds: $100 minimum

People with more than $1,000 in travel funds: $200 minimum

People from orgs willing to sponsor a meal, service, grant, etc.: $250-$2,000

Sonstiges:

Will you stay in the NYU dorms (Palladium Hall, near 14th Street and Broadway in Manhattan, 10 blocks and an avenue from Bobst Library; about a 15-minute walk)?

Cost is $130/night for a single; if housing with a partner, $170/night ($85/per person for a shared room).

Dorm style is multi-bedroom apartment suites. Each suite has seven (7) to nine (9) single bedrooms (unless you're housing with a partner), multiple bathrooms, one (1) kitchen, and one (1) spacious common area.

Once you pay, you will be added to the dorm list. Payment will be collected separately and paid to NYU, and will be coordinated separately from registration.

Housing registration closes Friday, June 14.
