The Smooth Operators Program is operated by Chainflip Labs GmbH, 104 Skalitzer Str, Berlin 10997 Germany (herein referred to as “Chainflip”). By applying for this program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Chainflip reserves the right to select participants based on its sole discretion. Chainflip also reserves the right to allocate the number of Validator Nodes that each selected participant will be paid to operate as a part of this program.
The program begins on the 3rd of April, 2023 and ends on the 31st of August, 2023.
As long as the participant successfully remains in the program for its lifetime, for each Validator Node that the participant has been allocated, they will receive 555 mainnet $FLIP tokens within 7 days of the end of the program (unless the tokens are not yet publicly available, in which case they will be made available to the participants at the same time the token goes public).
During the life of the program, each participant must keep their nodes online, upgraded, high-performance, and respond to announcements within 24 hours.
Chainflip will monitor the performance of the participant and their Validator Nodes, and reserves the right to issue warnings to participants if Chainflip believes that they are not performing to within the standards of the program, as defined by Chainflip. These standards can be changed throughout the program. Participants will automatically be removed from the program upon receiving 3 warnings.
Participants can also be removed from the program at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of Chainflip.
In particular, the participant acknowledges that the following will likely result in an immediate removal from the program:
Not upgrading a node within 48 hours of a new upgrade being released
Being offline for more than 48 hours
Providing false or misleading information to other participants, or otherwise insulting, irritating, or disadvantaging them
Chainflip will contact the participant through Discord. Messages sent through discord are assumed to be read by the participant within 24 hours, including announcements in the community server and/or direct messages sent by Chainflip.
