Welcome to Legacy LA's Leadership Program 2024-2025. Our goal is to provide you with the tools to build your leadership skills and to create a safe space where you can explore your ideas and grow alongside your peers + facilitators. Youth Council leaders come from Ramona Gardens, Boyle Heights, and East Los Angeles. If you are not from these communities but want to be part of the program and have reliable transportation, please apply. 

Benefits: 
As part of the Youth Council Program, you will be completing approximately 40 hours of community service per year upon completion of your Service-Learning Project. You will be awarded an education scholarship of up to $500.00 depending on your level of commitment to the program and to your team for the Service-Learning Project. Deductions to your scholarship will be made based on the number of absences, number of days you were late or left early, and your level of participation in the program. Your award will be given upon completion of your high school diploma.
