Teralyn Mitchell Book Bonanza 2023 Pre-Order Form
Complete this form if you want to guarantee any of my books at Book Bonanza. This pre-order form is only for Book Bonanza 2023 in Grapevine, TX. This form closes April 13, 2023. Invoices will be sent on April 14, 2023. I will be using PayPal for invoicing, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay. You will get some stickers, bookmarks, and postcards with your preorder.

Some Notes:
  • I will only have a limited amount of books that I'll be bringing to the event. Please pre-order if you want to guarantee a title. I will not be bringing copies of The Princess of Ceshela and The Weight of a Crown paperbacks. If you would like those books, please be sure to pre-order to guarantee your copies.
  • All invoices must be paid within seven days of me sending them. If not, the invoice will be canceled.
  • If you do NOT pick up your books that are pre-ordered and paid for, refunds will not be given, but can be shipped at the reader's expense. You're welcome to arrange someone else to collect your order; just make a note of that below. 
  • This pre-order form is for Book Bonanza 2023 only.
  • Books will be added to this form as I have new releases/cover options. If you need to change your response on this form for any reason, all you need to do is revisit the form and you can tweak your answers.
All pre-orders must be submitted by April 13, 2023
* Pre-order invoices will be sent on April 14, 2023 and must be paid in full no later than April 21, 2023
