Please complete this registration form order to enroll in Cambridge Health Alliance's Youth Mental Health First Aid training scheduled for Thursday, October 20 from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. For any questions please contact Kerry Mello:
kmello@challiance.orgFollowing registration you will receive a confirmation email and will also receive an invite to join MHFA Connect. This online system, created by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, is where you will complete the self-paced pre-work required before the live session. Additional training resources and materials will be available when you are enrolled.
It is important that you receive and accept the enrollment invitation as soon as possible since class enrollment is not complete until you set up your account in MHFA Connect.
If you do not set up your MHFA Connect account, and complete the pre-work (approximately two hours), you will not be able to take this Mental Health First Aid class.
This training is made possible free of charge as a result of funding from SAMHSA to Cambridge Health Alliance. Registration preference is given for those in the Cambridge Health Alliance's service areas including Cambridge, Somerville, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Chelsea, and Winthrop.
