Die Zahlung ist bis zur vereinbarten Frist zu tätigen. Der Rücktritt von der Anmeldung ist innerhalb einer Woche kostenfrei. Bis 60 Tage vor Workshopbeginn (23.2.2021) ist im Falle einer Stornierung eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 40€ zu bezahlen. Zwischen dem 60. und 21. Tag vor dem Workshop, werden 50% der Workshopgebühr einbehalten. Bei Stornierung danach, Nicht-Erscheinen oder verkürzter Teilnahme ist der Gesamtbetrag fällig.

Bei coronabedingter Stornierung (nachweislich eigene Erkrankung oder K1) ist lediglich die Bearbeitungsgebühr von 40€ zu entrichten.

Die Bearbeitungs- bzw. Stornogebühren gelten unabhängig davon, ob zum Zeitpunkt der Stornierung die Teilnahmegebühr bezahlt ist oder nicht.
Im Falle einer Stornierung unsererseits werden bereits einbezahlte Workshopgebühren vollständig refundiert. Sollten wir den Workshop aus irgendeinem Grund früher abbrechen müssen, wird der anteilige Betrag rückerstattet.

Bitte beachtet auch die Stornobedingungen von El Cabrito! Absagen sind unabhängig von uns, an das Hotel zu richten. Wir haften nicht für anfallende Kosten und Gebühren (Flug, Hotel) die durch eine Absage oder ein Nichterscheinen entstehen.

The full amount of the price for this workshop needs to be paid within the defined time. Cancellation of reservation until one week after submission is without any costs.
In case of cancellation until 60 days before the start of the workshop (23.2.2021) we keep €40 processing fee.
For cancelation from 60 up to 21 days (until 3.4.2021) 50% of the seminar fees will be refunded.
For later cancellation, non-participation or short-term participation the full amount is due. Unconsumed units cannot be refunded.

If you need to cancel because of an own confirmed Covid-19 illness (or being K1), you only need to pay the fee of 40€.

In case we would need to cancel the workshop from our side, you will receive the full refund. If we would need to shorten the workshop for some reason, the proportional amount will be refunded. The cancellation fees apply regardless of whether or not the participation fee has been paid at the time of cancellation.

Please also be aware of El Cabrito's cancellation policy! Cancellations need to be addressed independently with them. We are not liable for charges incurred arising from non-appearance.
