FSA is holding a Black Heritage Celebration on Saturday, 2/11 from 12:00-3:00 pm. If you are interested in being a vendor at this event, please complete this form. All participating businesses must be Black-owned and family friendly. Please note that there is a $20 vendor fee. You will be provided with 1 table and 2 chairs. We have limited space for vendors. Once your form is reviewed, we will contact you to confirm your participation and provide instructions for how to pay the vendor fee.
