Format
• Teams will compete across a series of fitness and football tests, clubs are encouraged to have as many players participate as possible.
• One person from each club must act as the gatekeeper for the submission of all results.
• A template will be sent out to all clubs that register to record the data from each player's submission.
• The team with the highest aggregate score across all 4 tests will be the winners.
• Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 men and top 3 women teams
• Video submissions must be in landscape format and will be due by October 11
• Contestants should wear their club jumpers if possible

Tests
All tests can be completed at a track and a grass or turf field.

1. 2km time trial (400m running track - 5 laps)
2. Strength - Max Pushups – timed at 1 minute
3. Kicking accuracy
• Use 4 cones to setup a 5'x5' square that will be the target.
       • Setup another cone 20 meters from the target that will be the launch point.
       • Aim to kick the football in the square from the 20-meter launch point.
       • Record x10 on the left, x10 on the right out of 20 for accuracy.
4. Handball accuracy
• Use 4 cones to setup a 5'x5' square that will be the target.
       • Setup another cone 10 meters from the target that will be the launch point.
       • Aim to handball the football in the square from the 10 meter launch point.
       • Record x10 on the left, x10 on the right out of 20 for accuracy.

Team Scoring
The average of the top 3 scores for each test will be used to determine your team's score for each respective test.  For example if Player A with a score of 18, Player B with a score of 15 and player C with a score of 12 scored the top 3 scores for kicking accuracy. The average of their 3 scores = 15. Their team score for kicking accuracy is 15.

The scoring for each event will follow the standard team scoring used for track and field meets as follows:

1st place - 10 points
2nd - 8 points
3rd - 6 points
4th - 4 points
5th - 2 points
6th - 1 point

The winning team will therefore have the highest aggregate points from all events combined.

Prizes will include:  Sherrin footballs, beer tickets for 2021 nationals, USAFL gear
