Abstract submission is now open. This is a great opportunity to showcase your work to experts and fellow students, with the chance to win prizes for the best presentations! Open to all medical students.

The conference will be held online and include a poster presentation competition. Please indicate if you would also be happy to do an oral presentation of your poster. Those who are invited to present on the day will be considered for an additional prize. This presentation should be limited to 3 minutes followed by 2 minutes for questions.

Poster competition abstract submission guidelines:

- Deadline: EXTENDED to 5th of Feburary 23:59pm!
- Abstracts welcome on any subject within either gastroenterology or hepatology.
- Word limit of 300 words - including tables and excluding title, authors, affiliations, section subheadings.
- No graphics allowed.
- Indicate the presenter's name in the list of authors by emboldening and underlining it.
- The abstract should be formatted in the following sections: Introduction, method, results, conclusion (these subheadings are excluded from the word count).
- Please ensure the abstract is proof-read prior to submission.
