Provision of Teaching in Paediatrics during Foundation Year 1 and 2
We would like to invite you to participate in this survey. You should only participate if you want to; choosing not to take part will not disadvantage you in any way. Before you decide whether you want to take part, it is important for you to understand why the research is being done and what your participation will involve.  Please take time to read the following information carefully and discuss it with others if you wish.  Ask us if there is anything that is not clear or if you would like more information.

This research project aims to:
Quantify the amount of teaching in Paediatrics offered during the Foundation years
Identify the learning needs in Paediatrics of Foundation doctors

The study is open to all current Foundation Year 1 and Foundation Year 2 doctors.
The results of this research may be shared through academic poster, presentation and/or publication.
The risks to you by participating in this research project are considered to be minimal. The benefits to you of participating in this research project are also considered to be minimal, however you will have an opportunity see a copy of the final results on request.

Submitting the questionnaire implies consent to participate. As questionnaires are anonymous it will not be possible to withdraw your consent at a later stage. Data relating to this survey will be stored password-protected on Google Forms and deleted following the completion of the project.
