Since the start of the pandemic in March, Stomp Out Slumlords has been helping to organize a militant citywide tenant movement spanning dozens of buildings across the DMV. It’s become clear that working landlord-by-landlord isn’t enough--we need to mobilize the working class to call for a comprehensive solution. On Halloween, Saturday, October 31, we’ll be showing up at Mayor Bowser’s house to demand that she push for rent cancellation.
