Attendance for all sessions is mandatory, but we will consider applicants who need to miss 1-2 sessions for a legitimate reason.
How many hours per week will you have available to work on your proposal during the boot camp? *
(We recommend a minimum of 15 hours per week.)
Will you be able to complete the assignment for the first session (see web program description) and keep up with other required assignments throughout the program? This will, at times, require a substantial amount of time and writing (of the proposal draft). *
Will you have access to your advisor or another faculty mentor during the program to consult with on field-specific issues? *

Will you be doing research with human subjects (e.g., conducting interviews, surveys)  as part of your dissertation? If so, when will you be required to seek IRB approval? How familiar are you with the IRB process? (If not applicable, please put N.A.) *
Please describe why you are interested in the boot camp as well as any challenges you are having with the proposal process. *
