You are invited to take part in the administration of a Self-Assessment Tool for Careleavers conducted within the project CARE, for which Carmen Voinea (Sorangeli) and third parties are in charge. Before deciding whether to participate it is important that you have all the necessary information to join consciously and responsibly. We ask you to read this document and to ask those who proposed this study all the questions you consider appropriate.
2. Brief description and ObjectivesThe CARE project is a Strategic partnership in Higher Education funded by the Erasmus Plus Program, and aims at helping young people in the protection system, to reach a good level of autonomy, resiliency and empowerment through the guide of a tutor.
3. What does participation in the study entail?The participant will reply to the list of questions of the self-assessment tool regarding autonomy, resilience, and empowerment, risk and protective factors for children and young people in the child protection system. The answers collected have the goal to test the tool.
4. Benefits, inconvenience and/or potential risks of participationParticipation in the study is voluntary and free of charge. For the participants the collaboration does not involve any kind of risk or inconvenience.
5. Withdrawal from the studyYou have the right to withdraw your consent to participate in this study at any time, even without notice or specific reason.
6. ReturnYou are entitled to request information on the results and outcome of the search.
7. Measures envisaged to protect anonymityThe processing of the data collected will be conducted in such a way as to eliminate any reference that may allow individual statements to be linked to a particular person. The answers to the questionnaire will be collected for the purpose of testing the Self-Assessment tool.
