Please fill out your contact information, then indicate your service preferences below. We will do our best to arrange attendance in a way that gives as high a priority to your preferences as possible, and you will receive your attendance dates by e-mail as soon as we complete our arrangements. Please note that all services are now mask mandatory and that, unless attendance requests are much lower than anticipated, you will receive one date to attend from each of the two groups below (for a total of two services to attend in January).

Please note also that if attendance requests are a lot higher than anticipated, Fr. Justin is also open to serving an extra Liturgy on Saturday. If you would be open to coming to a Saturday Divine Liturgy, please indicate that in the "other relevant info" section, along with which Saturday(s) you would be open to coming.
