2020 CFW Travel Funding Request- Resident

Once this request is received, the TAFP Foundation will acknowledge if your request has been approved by sending a confirmation e-mail and an expense voucher for the program. FUNDING REQUEST DEADLINE is March 2, 2020. It is the Resident's responsibility to get approval to attend the conference from their program.

After the deadline for initial funding approval, funds allocated to a specific program but not utilized will be placed in a pool and assigned to residents (program affiliation will not determine assignment) based on the date the request is received.
