Camp Timberline Overnight Trip: Chaperone Interest Form (Class of 2023)

Please fill out a separate form for each interested chaperone. Camp Timberline waives all costs and provides food for each adult chaperone. Note: as a chaperone, you will be assigned a small group of ninth graders to accompany throughout - this includes serving as an adult in the rooms at night. You will also have an opportunity to participate in all lessons and team-building experiences as well!

As a potential chaperone, I agree to the following: *

I will stay for the entire duration of the overnight trip (October 16 - 18, 2019).

I understand the overnight trip largely takes place outdoors and at elevation (around 7500 feet).

I will model active engagement throughout the experiential lessons and challenge course opportunities.

I commit to staying off of personal digital devices in front of students unless needed for emergency (additional landline available).

I understand that I will be supervising a group 9-12 ninth graders during day activities and will be assigned to the small group's sleeping quarters overnight.

I understand I will NOT be placed in the same group as my teen/teenager.
