Membership application form for 2020


入會資格：
凡香港永久性居民，並受僱於本港貿易及採購行業者，均可申請成為本會普通會員。
入會資格以本會章則為準，本會保留最終決定權。

Qualification:
Permanent resident of HKSAR, and full time employed at any companies in Trading, Merchandising and Purchasing Industry.
Eligibility for membership is subject to the rules of this union, and the union reserves the right of final decision.

入會手續：
(1) 入會費每人150元，年費450元。
(2) 繳交會費方法：將於2020年度會員大會中現場收取現金，暫不接受銀行轉帳或其他電子支付方式。有關大會的細節將據此分享。
(3) 凡會員離會，包括退會、會籍終止及被革除會籍者，任何費用概不發還。

Application:
(1) Joining fee is HKD150, and the annual fee is HKD 450.
(2) Method of payment: Cash will be collected at the 2020 General Assembly. Bank transfer or other electronic payment methods will not be accepted at this point. Details regarding to General Assembly will be shared accordingly.
(3) Any withdrawal from this union, including termination or dismissal of membership, no fee will be refunded.
