Please fill out the following form to request a laptop for the Spring 2024 semester. This request does not guarantee you will be issued a device, this is a preliminary request.

Students who are issued a Laptop, Hotspot, or Camera must return all checkout equipment by May 10, 2024, or they will incur a charge and hold on their Student Account for the item's replacement value. ($1100 Laptop, $30 Laptop Bag, $50 Laptop Charger, $76 Hotspot, $12 Hotspot Charger)
