Please provide the following information to request your permit.
Permits are required for ALL styled and commercial shoots ("dressing up" for or staged photography/videography).
Small Group Photography Permits (10 people or less) | $100/hr
One-hour minimum
Large Group Photography Permits (more than 10 people) | $200/hr
One-hour minimum
Stand-Alone Wedding Photography | $200/hr
Two-hour minimum. (Photography rates are waived for those hosting their wedding at the museum).
Styled and Commercial Photography / Filming | $400/hr
Three-hour minimum
Photo permit fees must be paid ahead of your booking once approved or your session will be canceled. You will receive an invoice once you have been approved. Please pay promptly.
Reservations cannot be made by the half hour.
This INCLUDES photography/videography for personal use (i.e. school photos, personal portraits, or headshots).
Please note photo permits must be requested a minimum of 10 business days in advance (we recommend 15) of the requested date(s). Photography sessions must take place during museum's public hours (Thursday through Sunday 10AM-5PM.) Please note, private events may affect these hours. If you have booked a private event or wedding at the museum, the photography permit is included in your rental fees.
Permits must be requested in advance, approved and paid for before your desired session date. This form is the ONLY way to request a permit and appointment for photography. Phone requests will be deleted. Day-of requests are not allowed.
By filling in this Google Form you are requesting a photography permit and agreeing to all terms and conditions of that permit should it be granted. Permits and appointments are granted at the discretion of the Museum. This form does not guarantee a permit or appointment.
