Operation School Supplies is a project sponsored by the Shalom Food Pantry to ensure that every child goes to school with a full backpack of new supplies.

Forms need to be received by August 26. Supply pick up will be available August 30-September 2.
Please submit a separate form for each child you would like supplies for.

After you submit the form please email a file with the actual supply list that you received from your child's school. The email address is Info@ShalomFoodPantry.com
