Boys Mentoring: Wednesdays 6:30-8:30, 7th-10th grade boys

6th-8th Grade Basketball Skills Training: Thursdays 6:30-8pm & Games on Saturdays 10-11:30am, Coed

2nd-5th Grade Basketball Skills Training: Fridays 6:30-8pm, Coed

5th- 8th Grade Beginners Lacrosse: Saturdays 12-1pm, Coed

SFA COVID and youth sport protocols *

I understand that I need to provide my child with a mask that fits

I understand that I need to provide my child with a water bottle for sport practices

I understand that I will communicate to SFA staff if my household/ child has been exposed to COVID

I understand that if my child cannot follow the rules they will be removed from programming

I understand that I cannot drop off my child earlier than 10 minutes before programs and must pick up no later than 15 minutes after programs

I am fully aware that these sports programs are considered a high risk sport
