Explore St. Louis Summer Camp
Explore St. Louis Summer and Camp's (ESSC) mission is to provide campers the opportunity to explore St. Louis through different events, programs, exhibits, and field trips outside of their neighborhood. 

ESSC dates are Monday, June 3, 2024 - Friday, July 26, 2024. Summer Day Camp for coed campers ages: 5 - 13 years old.

Please fill out one application per camper. There are only 60 slots available.  All payments are due Monday morning of each week. Camp is from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The cost is $150.00. Before Care (BC) is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. After Care (AC) is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Each session is $15 per day per camper. Another payment option that we have is 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and that is $200.00 per week. Parents should sign up and pay for their campers BC/AC fees on the same Monday that camp fees are due. Weekly payments are not and will not be pro-rated. Any camper not enrolled into the Before Care Program must arrive daily by 9:00 AM, no exceptions. All payments are due before services are rendered. Parents/guardians must attend and complete the Virtual Parent Orientation. Please to fill out all required information. Also, please bring a current identification card (MO State ID or MO Driver's License) and the first week camp payment including Before Care/After Care fees to the Parent Orientation.

Campers will participate in activities such as tutoring/mentoring, games, sports, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor field trips, free breakfast & lunch, S.T.E.M. activities, and much more. Camp will fill up fast with only 60 slots to available. To guarantee a spot, please complete your camper’s application early. Payments can be made by PayPal/Cash App, cashier’s check, Square (electronic payment) and money orders only. No cash or personal checks accepted.

Please tell us about your camper's emergency contact information. Swimming:

Please tell us your campers swimming experience level. Remember any camper that cannot swim or a beginner, will stay in the SHALLOW END of the pool for entire time frame of all field trips there. All girls must have a swimsuit. All boys must have swim trucks. Your camper will not be able to participate if they do not have the proper attire.

By completing the Explore St. Louis Summer Camp application, you fully understand and agree to the following:

- That you, the legal guardian/parent of this camper is responsible to pay for the entire 8 weeks of camp (where your camper attends or not).

- Allow your campers' pictures to be taken and used for marketing material for Smart Kids, Inc./ Explore St. Louis Summer Camp - Will not "hold harmless" Smart Kids, Inc./ Explore St. Louis Summer Camp, and/or its staff/volunteers liable for any accidents, theft, or personal injury concerning your camper during summer camp hours.

- Understand that if payment is not paid every Monday, then your camper is not permitted to attend camp until the payment is submitted.

- Understand that your camper must be at camp by 9:00 AM or your camper will not be allowed into camp unless communicated with camp beforehand and must be picked up by 4:00 pm. Late pickups are $1 per minute and these fees must be paid by the next business day.  

- The parents of the camper(s) must attend the virtual ESSC Parent Orientation to go over the ESSC Handbook, Do's and Don't of the program. Untitled Title
