Registration Process

Individual Forms Required: Camp registration is processed on a per-child basis. Each child must have their own completed registration form, accompanied by the appropriate payment or deposit. Forms are processed in the order they are received.
Incomplete Forms: To avoid delays in registration, please ensure all forms are filled out completely.
Waiting List: If the camp is full when your registration and payment are received, you will be notified, and your child will be placed on a waiting list. Details regarding the waiting list procedure will be provided.

Payments and Fees

Reservation and Payment: To reserve a spot, complete and sign one registration form per child. Submit this form along with the payment for the first week.
Fees:

Weekly: $380 per child per week
Daily: $100 per child
Advance Payment Policy: To secure your child's place, we require payment a week in advance. Note: Payments become non-refundable once we announce the week is full on our Facebook page.

No Attendance Without Payment: Children whose fees are unpaid will not be allowed to attend.
Accepted Payments: Zelle, Check or cash. Receipts provided.

Camp Operations

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A late pick-up option is available until 5:30 p.m. for $20 per occurrence.
Food: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. We may accommodate some food allergies (please discuss this separately).

Note: Breakfast is served at 9:30 a.m. and is not available to campers arriving after 10:00 a.m.

Activities and Conduct

Activities Include: swimming and other recreational activities. Risks are minimized with proper supervision. If you wish your child to opt-out of any activity, a written statement is required.
Code of Conduct: The administration reserves the right to dismiss any camper for violation of camp regulations.
Dress Code: Comfortable shoes with closed toes are recommended. Flip-flops only allowed in pool area. Please send your child with a swimsuit, towel and water-appropriate footwear. Note: Since the pool is covered, there is no need for sunscreen products.
Electronic Gadgets: Not allowed at camp.

Safety

In case of an emergency, staff will contact 911 emergency services and notify the parents.
