The MSU Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) Month Step Challenge is a friendly competition against other EIMOC schools nationwide that runs from October 5th-9th. Anyone is welcome to participate and can submit steps on behalf of MSU. You may join anytime throughout the week.

Steps can be tracked utilizing a fitness watch, other device, app, phone, manually, etc. and will be based on the honor system. You will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your steps each day. The school with the best overall average will be declared the winner!
