     • to have assessed that the activities themselves comply with one's technical abilities and physical aptitudes;

During my participation as a member, ice collaborator, artist, the undersigned undertakes to:

     • collaborate with the organizers and other team members, in order to ensure the success of the activities and the
        my participation in the life of the association and to guarantee maximum safety for everyone and myself;
     • use maximum caution especially when using ladders, scaffolding, scaffolding, any aerial platforms or
        elevators, instruments or equipment of all kinds useful for the execution of artistic performances in every discipline

Responsibility:
     • participation in activities is subject to hazards that involve risks; the undersigned is aware a priori
       of the existence of the aforementioned dangers and, with his participation, personally assumes all risks, as well as the
       liability for damage that he/she may cause, directly or indirectly, to things or people, to others or to himself/herself;
     • the relationship that is established, during cultural and artistic activities, between the organisers/board and the participating members
       constitutes, as "voluntary participation for an associative spirit, free of charge and non-professional";
     • in consideration of the risks and dangers inherent in carrying out cultural and artistic activities, the undersigned raises
       as of now the McLuc Culture association, any partners of the association, its managers, the organizers, the team, from any
       responsibility for any accidents of any nature that may occur during them.

I authorize
Free of charge and without time limits, also pursuant to articles. 10 and 320 civil code. and the articles. 96 and 97 law 22.4.1941, n. 633 - Copyright law:

the transmission and publication and/or diffusion in any form of audio, video or photographic material in which the undersigned appears represented or is in any case recognizable and the works produced
Audio-video-photographic material that compromises the dignity or decorum of the persons concerned will not be processed and will be immediately deleted from the Archives.

Publication/dissemination may take place:

on the organisers' websites
on social channels (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter);
on printed paper and/or on any other means of dissemination/publication, even atypical;
I also authorize the conservation of the aforementioned material in the association's computer archives and I acknowledge that the purpose of such publications is of an informative and informative nature. The video-photographic material will not be used for commercial purposes.

This authorization excludes any use for profit and transfer to third parties.

In consideration of the fact that the aforementioned material, once made public, may be subject to acquisition and republication by third parties, even without the consent of the organizers or the interested party,
I release the McLuc Culture aps Association and Agugiaro & Figna from any prejudicial effect that may derive from abusive or incorrect use by third parties of the aforementioned audio-photo-video material.

that you have nothing to claim as a result of the above and that you irrevocably renounce any right, action or claim deriving from the above authorized.
