President - This role will responsible for planning and facilitating each meeting as well as providing agendas to members prior to the meeting. They will also be in charge of communicating the meeting dates/times to the chamber.
Vice President - This role will be responsible for communicating with various entities on behalf of the chamber and step in as needed to assist in facilitating meetings. This person could also administer the Chamber Facebook page.
Treasurer - This role will handle the collection of dues, paying all Chamber expenses, and provide monthly financial statements to the Chamber at each meeting. They will be responsible for notifying members of projected expenses, etc.
Secretary - This role will be responsible for taking notes at each meeting and providing the previous month's minutes to the Chamber at each monthly meeting. This person can also submit minutes or press releases to the local newspapers and draft written communication on behalf of the Chamber.
