PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, MAY 27TH to ensure that your students will have access to the event.  

DEADLINE REMINDERS:
By no later than MAY 27 - Submit this form, reserving your passes to the event
By no later than JUNE 12 - Confirm your final plan with us. (We will reach out)
By no later than JUNE 24 - Submit payment for your group passes.
On JULY 2 - Pick up your packet of passes at the gate and distribute to your group for entry into the stadium.
