I understand that filling out this form does not guarantee my child a position on a FABA tournament team. My child will attend the tryout, organized and run by the FABA board and coaches committee, with objective evaluators. I will respect the results of the tryout process and understand that placement on a team is based on talent, skill, attitude, baseball IQ, among other criteria. If my child makes a tournament team, our family will make every attempt to attend practices, workouts, and make attending all tournaments a priority. (Tournaments are scheduled to be played on select weekends in May and June) *
