Winter Sports Transportation Survey
Only complete this survey if you have children planning to participate in winter sports. The deadline to submit this survey is Friday, December 11 at noon, as practices for bowling and rifle start on Monday, December 14.

The NYSPHSAA has permitted the "low risk" winter sports to begin on December 14, which for our District consists of varsity bowling and varsity rifle. At this time, the tentative start date for "high risk" winter sports is January 4, however the Governor has not announced whether or not he will allow the "high risk" winter sports to take place this winter.  The "high risk" winter sports (according to the Governor) for our District consists of varsity/junior varsity/modified boys and girls basketball, varsity/junior varsity/modified wrestling, and varsity cheerleading.  We have absolutely committed to providing busing from the five pick up/drop off locations (detailed in the survey) to the practice locations and back to the pick up/drop off locations after each practice. The results from this survey will inform us as to how many buses to send to each location since we are only allowed to have 22 students on each bus. (For bowling, we can only provide transportation from the pick up locations to the bowling alley, but our bowlers need their own transportation after bowling.)

Which "high risk" winter sport does your child plan on playing if the Governor allows them to start on January 4? *
If you have children planning on playing basketball, wrestling, or cheerleading, please list the names of each child (first and last name) and whether it is girls/boys basketball, wrestling, or cheerleading.
We are limited to 22 students per bus, as per the Governor's social distancing restrictions. We are trying to determine how many buses will be needed at each location. Instead of picking each student-athlete up at their individual homes (which would add a significant amount of time on each bus run) we will have five designated pick up and drop off locations throughout the District.  If your child needs transportation to practice, please select the pick up location that is best for your child. *
If your child needs transportation from practice back to one of the five pick up/drop off locations, please select the drop off location that is best for your child. *
