Please use this form to read and acknowledge FCS student parking policies, and to provide vehicle information for your student's parking pass. You may pick up your pass from the school office the day AFTER you submit this form.
The following items are required to obtain a FCS parking permit:
- Student and parent/guardian must read and acknowledge the terms of the Parking Permit Contract;
- Vehicle information for all vehicles the student may drive during the school year;
- $20 per permit, payable at the school office upon receipt of the permit, by check or cash. Cards may be accepted at the school office, but an additional fee will be charged by the card processing company (currently 3%).
PARENTS - Please read and discuss the terms of the contract with your student before you both sign.
