Please support our activities by becoming a member for just $10 a year. Membership comes with voting privileges which gives you a voice in determining the best way to enrich the school experience. By being active in the PTO you will demonstrate to your children that you value their education and, in turn, will teach them to value it as well. Our schools are dependent—now more than ever—on funds raised by the PTO. Your involvement is key in helping our schools acquire the necessary resources as well as rewarding children for their hard work.

And please note: Membership does not obligate you to attend meetings or to volunteer.

We invite you to make a tax-deductible donation, especially if you prefer to not participate in fundraisers. While all fundraising activities are voluntary, some people would rather make a one-time donation at the beginning of the year.

Donations may be made via PayPal (preferred) or by check. Payment instructions will be provided near the end of this form.

If you aren't able to complete this form online, you can send in the $10 membership dues (plus any additional donation, if you choose) by check made out to "Stevens / Pond Hill PTO" with "DONATION" written in the check memo.

If your contact information is not pre-printed on your check, please include a note with your name, address, and phone number as well as your child's name, grade, and teacher name so we can add you to our membership list and keep in touch!
