The pricing listed on this Service Addendum is established based on secured bulk pricing from our preferred vendors and may include a mark-up to Beach Realty.

Although pricing changes during a calendar year is rare, any unforeseen changes in the cost of materials/supplies/service could result in a price increase, at which time you will be notified and have the option to opt out.

Beach Realty Maintenance Pricing -

General Labor: $70.00/hour After Hours/Holiday Service Calls: $140/hour

Vendor Appointments: $70.00/hour with an hour charge minimum.

Disposal Fees: $25 Small items / $50 Large items
