Rules of Application
- Approval of membership
Submitting a membership application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed by the PCC Exco, which reserves the right to approve or deny based on eligibility, code of conduct adherence, and other considerations. Applicants will be notified in writing of the decision.
- Termination of membership
PCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for valid reasons, including but not limited to abusive conduct, violations of our code of conduct, and voluntary resignations.
- Collection & use of personal information
PCC collects personal information from members to process applications, manage records, and communicate about Chapter activities. This information is used for membership administration, event registration, newsletters, and related Chapter operations.
- Security of personal information
PCC implements reasonable measures to protect personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and is secured using industry-standard protocols and procedures.
- Consent
By submitting the membership application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this privacy notice, and to receiving communications from PCC about activities, events, and initiatives.
