First Presbyterian Church After-School RE:CREATION Program

Wednesdays After School until 5:15 PM beginning September 6, 2023

Kids will have Snacks, Energizers, and Games. They will learn the stories of the Bible through crafts, music, stories, and videos.

Our goal is to raise children to become caring, compassionate people in the image of Christ.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

First Presbyterian Church of Mt. Pleasant is honored to help raise children in the Way of Christ. The program will follow the Mt. Pleasant Community School District schedule. The program is open to elementary aged children Grades K-5. If there is no school or an early dismissal, there will be no after school program. This applies for holidays and inclement weather, etc.

We mainly use Facebook Messenger and email to communicate with parents.

Permission to Participate in Program Activities

By signing I consent to my child taking part in the approved program of activities with First Presbyterian Church. This may include transportation to specific activities.

Furthermore by signing I authorize the leader/s in charge of the above mentioned group where it is impractical to communicate with me, to arrange for my child to receive such medical treatment as the leader/s may deem necessary in case of emergency including use of Ambulance and/or anesthetic. I appreciate that every care will be taken by the leaders and those connected with First Presbyterian Church cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss or theft of property affecting my child.

By signing I also give Permission for my child to be photographed or filmed. I understand that the image may be displayed in the church publications, church buildings or website. I understand that as a precaution my child’s name will not be published or linked with photographs.
