Parent Survey: 5th Grade Restructure
The Fayetteville City Schools System strives to ensure that we are effectively meeting the
needs of our students to improve academic performance.  We greatly value your input
as we reflect on the restructure of the 5th grade being moved to the elementary setting.  We encourage you to provide feedback to this 4-question survey so we can evaluate the decisions we make for our students.  This survey is completely confidential.  Please submit no later than Thursday, Feb. 9.
