Project Toru referral form

Kia ora!

Thanks for signing up for our Home Ground workshop 🙌😍✨😊 We're excited to have you join us!

Please fill out the referral form questions so we can confirm your spot on the workshop. The first couple questions are just to grab your contact info. The last questions are so we know how best we can welcome and support you. The personal info you give will stay private and not be shared outside of Home Ground. If you consent, images and your age and ethnicity may be used in reports, but only as part of a group, and never in a way that could identify you.
