Please ensure that you visit www.trybooking.com/BTUNQ to pay the entry fee before completing this form. Only $5 per entrant (please only pay once per child, even if they are playing in more than one item).

Ensembles made up of students in Years 2 to 5 should perform one piece of their own choice.

Students can perform in an ensemble, as well as individually on their instrument/s.

PLEASE BRING COPIES OF YOUR SHEET MUSIC AND PIANO ACCOMPANIMENT TO THE MUSIC DEPARTMENT OFFICE.
YOU MUST HAND IN YOUR BACKING TRACK ON USB AT THE SAME TIME IF YOU ARE USING ONE.

You may supply your own accompanist, although Miss Leah Guelfi (Music Teacher) is available to accompany students for no additional cost. A short rehearsal will be organised in the week before the Eisteddfod.
