What are your main objectives in working with DOGGY•U through her online service dog training programs?  *
Do you understand that training a service dog is generally a 1-2.5 year process and that most dogs may not be appropriate for service dog work due to temperament, health, genetics, etc?  *
Do you understand that training your SDiT (service dog in training) does not guarantee that your dog will become a full-fledged service dog with public access abilities?

*Dogs that are not appropriate for public access can still be helpful with tasking at home!
*
Do you know the SD/SDiT laws in the state you reside in? *
What are some reasons you believe a dog would be dismissed from service dog work?
Do you understand that service dog training, while rewarding, is not only a financial investment, but a physical, emotional, and time-intensive process? *
I understand that DOGGY•U has the right to immediately dismiss any dog that is a danger to the public from the program *
I understand that I will list my dog as Owner-Trained when flying, unless and/or up until the point that I have completed an IN-PERSON Public Access Test with DOGGY•U and DOGGY•U has given me a letter stating completion of task and public access training? *
I understand there is no guarantee that my dog will become a service dog with public access *
I understand my dog will need to be concurrently enrolled in in-person classes and/or working towards their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU) and CGCA to be enrolled in the monthly intensive program. *
