Participation in the Caucus is open to all registered voters who reside in Burlington and are not participating in another party's Caucus. The deadline to register online will be December 9 at 5 pm. All registered caucus participants will receive an email confirming their eligibility to vote by December 9 at 8 pm. Voters who do not register prior to the deadline can register in person only on Sunday, December 10 between 12 pm and 1 pm. There is no option to vote early and all voting will begin after nominations and candidate speeches are complete.  

Participation and voting will be hybrid, offering both an in-person and virtual options. The virtual vote will be administered using a secure, reputable voting platform. Eligible voters will receive a virtual ballot at the email address listed on this form when Caucus voting opens on December 10. All voting will be done by secret ballot.
